Cancellation Policy
We kindly request that all appointments be canceled with a minimum of 12 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee of 30% of the booked service. Failure to provide notice or a 'no-call, no-show' will result in a full service fee charge. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Late Policy:
Grace Period: Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive within this time, your service will be performed as scheduled, though it may be shortened to avoid delays for the next client.
15+ Minutes Late: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled.
No Call/No Show: If you do not contact me and are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and the full service fee will be charged.
